Sweet Granny

On Monday morning, January 18th, we received the phone call that Scott's sweet Granny had passed away. We packed up the car Tuesday morning and left to celebrate her life and ascention into Heaven. She was such a witty lady with such a sweet spirit. She was the cafeteria head at the local school for years in Zwolle, Louisiana. Scott fondly remembers the visits to her house where she would make biscuits from scratch and sausage. She would also have plenty of tamales on hand and there was only one way to eat them.....SPICEY HOT! I know her cackled laugh which used to light the room now lights Heaven. We are so thankful she was given such a full life here on Earth, but know she has been reunited with Grandpa Fred, which makes us all smile. Thank you Granny for all the sweet memories.

Please lift up Faye, Scott's mother, and all her siblings as they grieve this loss. They all loved her so much and took care of her in her last years with the same love she gave to them all their lives.

Our most sincere sympathies to your family. The loss of a loved one is never easy. We lost Joe's grandmother on Jan 28th. We're blessed to have those angels up there looking over us.
