After graduation, Scott went home to sleep (post-call) and I took Mary Ella to get her first pedicure and lunch. We had some much needed girl time. She picked the purple polish and they put little flowers on her toes. Boy did she feel "girly" and she loved it! (uh oh) We went to pick up her sisters from their little day camp and this is what I had in my living room within five minutes of being home....
So cute!
Next was Vacation Bible School at Marvin UMC. I taught Mary Ella's class with 11 kiddos and some adult helpers. It was so much fun. Our kids are still jamming to the music most afternoons doing the moves the "high school kids" taught them. So much fun to see them having fun and learning some valuable lessons at the same time.
We've been to the pool several times and Addy now fearlessly jumps into the pool and Mary Ella is also a little water bug. Miss Molly toddles around while splashing and playing. Speaking of Molly.... she is talking up a storm. Her first sentence was " I wan mo" translation "I want more", which shouldn't come as any surprise to those of you who know how important food is to this girl. Tonight at the dinner table Addy exclaimed (just to be silly), "Molly's a boy!" Giggles of course were elicited and Molly perked up and said, "I a boooyyyy!" We all couldn't stop giggling. It was hilarious.
After dinner we settled in and Mary Ella started wiggling one of three loose teeth. I said, "you know if you push it the opposite way, it just might pop out..." She did just that and it popped right out:
Would it be ridiculous to admit that I teared up a little???? 'Cause I did. My baby is losing teeth, ugghhh! Too much to handle in one month. She was SO proud! Addy saw all the commotion and began pulling at her teeth. She just "knew" she should lose one too. Such a silly girl!
So upstairs is a sleepy little girl with a tiny tooth slipped in a baggy and a note that says, "can I ceep my tooth? Love, Mary Ella" Guess the tooth fairy is visiting tonight :)

I'm so glad the tummy bug is gone! Seeing those pictures makes me even MORE sad that I didn't get to see you last weeki! We will hopefully remedy that on our next visit. Congratulations to Mary Ella!
So sweet. Did she get to ceep her tooth?
